Controller and Processor Distinction **Data we control (admin accounts):** We can delete this directly on request. **Data we process on behalf of customers (Employee Data):** The **customer is the data controller**. Deletion requests for employee records should go to the customer organization (the employer). We execute deletion instructions from customers. --- ## 2. Admin Account Deletion To delete your admin account and all associated platform data, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or contact **app@icitech.com.tr** with subject "Account Deletion Request — Clocktice". Before deleting: export employee reports, attendance records, and leave data you need to retain for legal or HR purposes. Cancel your subscription first. Server-side data is removed within 30 days of confirmed deletion, except legally required retention items. --- ## 4. Employee Data Deletion (Customer Organizations) Customers (as data controllers) can instruct us to delete specific Employee Data by contacting **app@icitech.com.tr** with subject "Employee Data Deletion — Clocktice" and specifying the scope. We execute deletion instructions within 30 days. --- ## 5. Biometric Data — Special Deletion Process Biometric data (facial recognition) requires heightened care: If an employee withdraws consent to biometric data processing, the customer must notify us to delete that employee's biometric data immediately. Contact app@icitech.com.tr with subject "Biometric Data Deletion — Clocktice". We delete the specified employee's biometric data within 7 days of confirmed instruction. The customer must also disable the Biometric Feature for that employee within the platform. On subscription termination, all biometric data is deleted within 30 days. --- ## 6. Employees — Exercising Your Rights If you are an employee of a Clocktice customer and want to access or delete your attendance, location, or biometric data, contact your employer first. The employer is the data controller. If your employer cannot assist, contact app@icitech.com.tr and we will route your request. --- ## 7. After Account Deletion Account deletion is permanent. Employee records, attendance history, location data, and reports cannot be recovered. Subscription billing continues until cancelled separately — cancel before account deletion. --- ## 9. Your Additional Privacy Rights Contact app@icitech.com.tr for access, correction, portability, or objection requests. Employees: contact your employer first. EEA and UK users may lodge complaints with local DPAs (ICO for UK) — see https://clocktice.com/privacy/gdpr. Turkish users: https://www.kvkk.gov.tr/. We respond within 30 days. --- ## 10.
