Clocktice — Workforce Management & Time Tracking Platform

These Subscription Terms govern your purchase of Clocktice subscription plans, operated by ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. They form part of our Terms of Service at https://clocktice.com/terms.
Clocktice is offered as a subscription with feature and capacity levels matched to organizational needs. Billing may be monthly or annual. Current package scope, limits, and fees are communicated during purchase or contracting, and may also be requested at app@icitech.com.tr.
Subscriptions are per-organization. The number of employees and users covered is subject to the limits of the selected subscription.
Clocktice offers a free demo for interested organizations. The demo is not a full subscription — it is a guided exploration of platform features arranged with our sales team. Contact us at app@icitech.com.tr to schedule a demo.
Payment is processed via our web-based payment system. We never store payment card details on our servers. Billed at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). Enterprise customers may be invoiced separately under commercial agreement.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. We send a renewal reminder before the charge. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.
We notify you at least 30 days in advance of fee changes. New fees take effect at your next renewal.
Cancel at any time through account settings or by contacting app@icitech.com.tr. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then. No pro-rata refunds except where required by applicable law.
Refund requests evaluated case-by-case. Contact app@icitech.com.tr with subject "Refund Request — Clocktice" within 14 days of charge. EEA and UK consumers retain statutory withdrawal rights — see Section 10.
When a subscription ends, advanced features are restricted. Basic platform access may remain. Your data (employee records, attendance history) is retained per our Privacy Policy and your contractual terms. Export your data before cancellation if you need independent records.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or data. Terminating your account initiates data deletion. Export data before account termination.
Note: Clocktice is a B2B platform. Consumer protection rights may not apply to business-to-business contracts in all jurisdictions.
If you are a consumer (not a business customer) in the EEA or UK, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK law you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. To exercise withdrawal rights where applicable, contact app@icitech.com.tr within 14 days of purchase. You retain all rights under mandatory local consumer protection laws.
For UK customers: English law. For other customers: laws of the Republic of Turkey. EEA and UK customers retain applicable mandatory local protections.
